We offer 30-day easy returns. If your item isn’t quite right, simply email us at support@nauticalnomads.com.au with your order number. As long as the item is in "like new" condition with original packaging, we’ll guide you through a smooth return.
If something isn’t right on arrival, snap a few photos and send them to us the same day at support@nauticalnomads.com.au. We’ll handle the rest and make sure you receive the gear you ordered, undamaged and ready to roam.
Yes. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll issue a full refund. If it has already shipped, it will follow our 30-day return policy, and you’ll be responsible for return shipping.
We do. While our gear is built to Australian electrical standards (240V), we’re happy to quote international shipping based on your location. Just contact us to get started.
To uphold our quality promise, we only accept returns on items that are unused and in like-new condition. We don’t accept returns for items purchased for one-time or promotional use.
